Change of Mind/Return Policy

In case your purchase doesn't meet your satisfaction, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item and proceed with returning it. Upon return, you'll receive store credit equivalent to the product's purchase price (initial delivery charges excluded as specified in your order confirmation email).

To ensure eligibility for return, the products need to be in their original packaging, accompanied by all provided accessories, and in a new condition suitable for resale. Any damage during your possession, up until the point of return to us, must be avoided.

The return process should be completed within 30 business days from the day you received the item. Bear in mind that you're responsible for the return shipping expenses, and you should adhere to the return instructions given by our staff. The product's safety and condition during transit to our provided address are under your responsibility, as we cannot be held liable for any potential loss or damage incurred during this period.

Once we've received the returned product, we'll process the store credit at your earliest convenience as possible and send you an email confirmation.
